All participants and members are required to complete a waiver before using the facility or participating in any training sessions, leagues, rentals, or recovery services. Our waiver process helps ensure the safety of all athletes and provides important information regarding facility policies, participation guidelines, and liability acknowledgments. Please complete and submit your waiver prior to your first visit to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
